We’ve put together some tips to help you take care of your balloons. We hope you find them helpful.
- Keep balloons away from any uneven surfaces. Lights and textured paint can cause balloons to pop.
- Helium balloons do not like the heat, they are best kept at room temperature. If you are collecting, please make sure the temperature is cool in your car.
- Helium foils may deflate slightly in the cold but will go back to normal once in room temperature.
- We always use high quality products and take every precaution to ensure our balloons last as long as possible. Inevitably balloons can pop and therefore once they are delivered or collected, they are out of our control.
